We help service businesses place verified Agent Maestros and deploy managed AI Agent Workers — with real accountability after go-live. Not a marketplace. A staffing partner.
An AI workforce is not software you configure. It is workers you hire — assigned a job, given tools, held accountable for results. We place both the workers and the human who leads them.
AI workers — each assigned a job, given tools, and held accountable for results. Not configured once and left. Not a chatbot you prompt. A workforce that runs, executes, and scales — led by a human who orchestrates from the top.
More businesses will operate with a blended human and AI workforce. The ratio is not fixed and the model is not the same for everyone — but the direction is clear, and who leads it well will matter.
The question is not whether to build one. The question is who leads it well.
An Agent Maestro is the human lead of an AI workforce — an AI-native operator who builds, runs, and leads practical AI workflows inside your business. Not a theorist. Not a slide-deck consultant. Someone who has deployed real systems and can take ownership of your transition from day one.
Every Agent Maestro we place has built and run live agent systems in practice. Permanent, contract, or interim — we match, introduce, and stay accountable after placement.
You know what job needs doing. You don't want to build the tool that does it. We match you with a vetted managed AI worker built for your specific workflow — then we onboard it, monitor it, and stay accountable if it underperforms. We call these AI Agent Workers.
We did not build Maestro Talent by watching the AI wave. We built it by walking the full transition ourselves — from traditional recruitment to running an entirely agent-native portfolio of businesses.
Every placement we make is backed by 11 years of specialist recruitment relationships and a training pipeline that verifies candidates in practice, not just on paper. That combination — deep domain trust and genuine AI fluency — is what makes the difference.
Every Agent Maestro we place has deployed real agent systems in practice — not in theory.
What we place into your business is the same model we operate ourselves. Not a framework we teach. A system we run. You hire from the people who already did it.
Performance monitored continuously. We do not disappear after placement. That is the staffing agency model — not the marketplace model.
This business runs on the agents we place. Most intake, matching, onboarding, and monitoring is handled by our agent infrastructure — which makes us faster, leaner, and more consistent than traditional staffing models.
Brief intake via our agent — describes the task, function, or capability you need. No long forms. No calls until we have something to show you.
Matching agent reviews your brief against verified Agent Maestros and listed AI Agent Workers. Produces a ranked shortlist with rationale. Human reviews and approves.
For AI Agent Workers: guided first run, automated day-7 and day-30 checks. For Agent Maestros: introduction call, role brief, placement management.
Performance monitored continuously. We do not disappear after placement. That is the staffing agency model — not the marketplace model.
A marketplace is a directory with a payment layer. You browse. You guess. You figure it out yourself. A staffing agency is accountable — we match, introduce, stay in the room, and manage performance. If it is not working, it is our problem too. Unlike a marketplace, our incentives are tied to the placement actually working — our revenue depends on the relationship lasting.
We work best with high-trust service businesses that have repeatable workflows, significant documentation burden, and expensive human labour doing work that a managed AI worker could own.
We place managed AI workers by business function — matching specific, repeatable tasks to the right AI worker for the job.
You built something good. The problem is not the agent — it is that you are spending your best hours on sales calls, onboarding new clients, and answering the same support questions on repeat. Submit your AI Agent Worker to Maestro Talent. We handle the rest.
Your AI Agent Worker gets placed in front of buyers who are already ready to hire — not browsing, not comparing.
Onboarding, support, performance management — all handled by Maestro Talent. You focus on making the AI Agent Worker better.
First right of listing, reduced vetting friction, first access to client briefs. Build inside the ecosystem, get placed inside it.
Founder · Maestro Talent · Creator of the Agent Maestro model
Lauren Dare is a former lawyer, legal recruiter, and the founder of Maestro Talent and creator of the Agent Maestro model. For eleven years she built and ran Dare Recruitment — one of Queensland's most respected legal placement firms — before making a deliberate decision to rebuild her entire operation around AI agents.
She did not watch AI arrive from the sidelines. She walked the full transition herself: lawyer to recruiter, recruiter to AI-native business builder, traditional firm to a completely agent-orchestrated portfolio. Every process she now sells through Maestro Talent is a process she has already run, broken, fixed, and proven inside her own businesses.
Her agent — LYRA — orchestrates her calendar, email, research, recruitment workflows, and publishing pipeline. Lauren is the Agent Maestro at the apex of her own AI Agent Worker team. Maestro Talent exists because she could not find anyone else doing it properly, so she built the pipeline herself.
She lives and works in Brisbane with her husband Anthony and four children. She is also the author of two books in progress: The Weight of the Pail and The 7 MetaSkills of Highly Effective Humans — both exploring what it means to remain irreducibly human in the age of intelligent machines.
Whether you're a business that needs AI capability or a practitioner ready to place — the conversation starts here.
An AI workforce is a team of AI Agent Workers — each built for a specific business function, placed into your organisation, and managed like any other hire. Not software you configure. Not a chatbot you prompt. Workers assigned a job, given tools, and held accountable for results. The difference between an AI tool and an AI workforce is the same as the difference between a hammer and a builder.
Traditional automation follows a fixed script — it does exactly what you programmed, nothing more. An AI Agent Worker can reason, adapt, and handle variation. It can read an email and decide what to do next. It can encounter an edge case and route it correctly. It operates more like an employee than a workflow. That also means it needs to be vetted, onboarded, and monitored — which is exactly what we do.
You tell us what job needs doing. Our intake agent takes your brief — the task, the function, the volume, the tools you use — and matches it against our vetted list of AI Agent Workers. We produce a ranked shortlist with rationale. A human from our team reviews it before you see it. No browsing, no guessing. We match. You decide.
We place AI Agent Workers across nine business functions: Marketing, Operations, Administration, Finance, Sales, Research, Client Success, People & HR, and Data & Analytics. Within each function, we place agents for specific recurring tasks — inbox management, lead outreach, document processing, financial reconciliation, client check-ins, and more. If it's a task with defined inputs, repeatable logic, and measurable output, there's likely an AI Agent Worker for it.
A marketplace is a directory with a payment layer. You browse, you guess, you figure it out yourself. If it doesn't work, that's your problem. Maestro Talent is a staffing agency. We match you to the right AI Agent Worker for your specific context, we handle onboarding, we monitor performance against agreed thresholds, and if fit or performance is clearly off, we move quickly to review, adjust, or replace. We stay in the room after placement. That's the model.
No. You need to know what job you want done. We handle everything else — matching, vetting, onboarding, monitoring, and support. Our intake process is a conversation, not a technical brief. If you can describe the task to a new employee, you can brief Maestro Talent.
Performance goals are agreed at onboarding — not after the fact. If fit or performance is clearly off, we move quickly to review, adjust, or replace. Critical issues are prioritised immediately. We do not disappear after placement — accountability is the whole model.
An Agent Maestro is the human lead of the AI workforce. They decide which AI Agent Workers to deploy, how to configure them, when to intervene, and how to restructure the team as the business evolves. AI Agent Workers execute. The Agent Maestro leads. Every effective AI workforce needs both — autonomous execution at the task layer, and human judgment at the apex.
Managed AI workers are priced across three tiers. Starter (narrow, templated workflows): from $997/month + $1,000 setup. Growth (moderate tailoring, onboarding, and ongoing oversight): from $1,497/month + $1,500 setup. Custom (integrated or complex workflows): from $2,500/month + custom setup. All engagements have a 3-month minimum. Agent Maestro placement is a one-time fee on successful hire only — no placement, no charge.
AI Agent Workers are deployed into defined workflows with agreed boundaries, escalation logic, and an exception layer. Where judgment, ambiguity, or risk sits above the agreed scope, the work is escalated to a human. We also monitor performance through the onboarding period and move quickly to review, adjust, or replace where fit or performance is clearly off.
The businesses we work with are not replacing their people — they're reassigning them. When an AI Agent Worker takes over repetitive, high-volume, time-consuming work, your human team moves to higher-value decisions and relationships. The ratio is not fixed. It varies by industry, role, and risk tolerance. We help you find the right mix for your business — not follow a template designed for someone else's.
