Lauren Dare is a former lawyer, legal recruiter, and the founder of both Maestro Talent and Agent Maestro. For eleven years she built and ran Dare Recruitment — one of Queensland's most respected legal placement firms — before making a deliberate decision to rebuild her entire operation around AI agents.

She did not watch AI arrive from the sidelines. She walked the full transition herself: lawyer to recruiter, recruiter to AI-native business builder, traditional firm to a completely agent-orchestrated portfolio. Every process she now sells through Maestro Talent is a process she has already run, broken, fixed, and proven inside her own businesses.
